  • We currently ship to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

    All orders include:

    • Processing within 1–2 business days in most cases.

    • Tracking information sent as soon as your order ships.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and products along with order number so our team can review the issue. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

  • If your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information for the latest updates. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    If you package appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact out customer support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.

    Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • You can reach us anytime via email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has shipped. If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

    We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase, as we cannot make changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

    If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations once order processing has begun.
